Our Lady of Angels Church, our Troop's longstanding charter organization and community partner, has asked for help preparing the Church for Easter Sunday. Volunteers will decorate the sanctuary the day before our annual Easter Sunday Flower Sale — a cherished tradition for both the parish and Troop 23.
The work involves unpacking Easter plants, arranging them throughout the church, and making sure everything is properly watered. The tasks are straightforward and go quickly with enough helping hands. Service attendance and hours will be recorded for all participants.
Everyone is welcome to participate — scouts, siblings, and parents alike.
What We'll Do
- Unpack Easter plants and flower arrangements
- Place plants and decorations around the church
- Water all plants
