To join Troop 23, a youth must be 11 years old, or have completed the fifth grade or earned the Arrow of Light Award and be at least 10 years old but not yet 18.
(!!!) It is NOT necessary to have been a Cub Scout to join a Boy Scout troop.
You will need to fill out a registration form and pay the annual troop fee, which covers membership, insurance, awards, troop materials, and activities.

The Troop operates using the patrol method. Based on the makeup of patrols, new scouts are placed in an existing or new group.
