Ryan’s Eagle Scout Service Project focuses on restoring and refreshing the perimeter fence of Our Lady of Angels (OLA) parish in Bay Ridge. This visible improvement will support the parish’s historic presence in the community and provide a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for all.
