Halloween Fest on 5th Avenue – October 25, 2025 🎃

While Troop 23 won’t be participating in this year’s Halloween Fest as an official unit, the event itself is very much happening — and it’s always a fun, family-friendly afternoon packed with seasonal excitement.

🧡 If your family is looking for something festive to do, we highly recommend checking it out! There will be rides, trunk-or-treating, haunted trucks, a puppet show, pumpkin patch, music, crafts, and more — all right here in Bay Ridge.
