This Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Troop 23 has once again been asked to support our local parish, Our Lady of Angels, by helping with their annual Fall Clothing Drive.

Giving back to the community is at the heart of Scouting. This simple, meaningful act of service allows us to directly support those in need — and it happens right in front of our chartering organization’s doors.

During the drive, parishioners and neighbors bring gently used clothing to donate to charity. Scouts will assist by greeting donors, accepting bags of clothing, and helping load items onto the transport van. It’s a great way to earn service hours while making a visible impact in the neighborhood.

All Scouts should plan to participate. This event is strongly supported by Father Abels, and it's a great opportunity to show our gratitude by showing up. Let your Patrol Leader know what shift(s) you’re available for — and be sure to respond if they contact you.

Uniform: Class A or Class B (with official green pants). Please, no sweatpants or jeans — we’re representing the troop and the BSA.

Let’s show Bay Ridge how Troop 23 leads with action.
